Debbie Shokoya, born July 19, is a Nigerian actress, filmmaker, television personality, model and entrepreneur. She rose to prominence following her role as Fatty Abebelube in the popular Yoruba movie Aye Loja.

She was born in Lagos State but originally hails from Ogun State, the South West geopolitical zone of Nigeria.

Debbie Shokoya joined Nollywood in 2012 when she played a key role in the movie Creative Man produced by John Olakunle Da’silva.

Shokoya started and completed both her primary and secondary education in Lagos state before she decided to further her education to a higher institution.
